How do you ship?
    we ship via UPS,USPS, FedEx, TNT and other courier services depending on your location and how succesful a particular courier has been around your location.

Will I have to sign for a package?
    You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us except you demand to sign upon delivery, which we generally do not recomend.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
    Yes, shipping is available to PO boxes.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
    All parcels we ship are been issued a tracking, so YES you will be emailed a tracking for your parcel once its shipped.

What is your return/refund policy?
    For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. However, when you see the quality of the product you will not want to return it! If your package does not arrive within 6 days of payment, write to us and we will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to our error we will proceed to resend or give you a refund. If it just gets “lost in the mail” then we will give a 50% refund (neither of these has happened so far). If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.

Can you make an exception?
    No. Our policies are very clear on the web site and we do not make exceptions to them so please don’t ask.
